I chose this hotel for attending a forum as it provides a convenient business center. the seasonal outdoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day of work.

One service that was missing and would have been helpful for work is a faster and more reliable internet connection.

Very good stay, as always. Stunningly beautiful hotel in a comfy location with caring staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location just off great restaurants, shopping and sightseeing, the surrounding area and stores and shops. Also, to Gulf Shores.

The room was super spacious and perfect for my companion's needs, located conveniently on ground level with parking nearby. the front desk staff were super helpful, even though they had to make a couple of phone calls for assistance. the room was sparkling clean with a comfy bed, and the breakfast spread was jaw, dropping, especially the delicious pancakes and fresh fruit. Even the Sunny D substitution for juice was a creative touch.

The TV channels are limited, and the breakfast options could use some improvement. Additionally, the pool was not well maintained during our stay, which was a major disappointment.

Additionally, it was conveniently close to a nearby gift shop.

I thought I was at Trustman Park with the amazing pool and great Wi-Fi! the free parking was like a dream, and the Business Center made me feel like a CEO.
